About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct primary and secondary pharmaceutical market research across assigned therapeutic areas
• Gather, analyze, and interpret clinical, commercial, and competitive data from multiple sources
• Evaluate market trends, commercial opportunities, and key variables for market sizing and forecasting
• Design primary research tools such as questionnaires and surveys
• Conduct interviews and surveys with physicians, healthcare professionals, and industry experts
• Translate therapeutic and domain expertise into actionable insights for syndicated and custom reports
• Develop high-quality written reports clearly communicating insights to internal teams and global stakeholders
• Support strategic analysis related to drug development, market entry, and lifecycle management
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and quality standards

Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Management, or related disciplines

Experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience in biopharma, healthcare, pharmaceutical market research, financial analysis, or consulting
• Global project exposure and experience working with international stakeholders preferred
• Strong understanding of at least one therapeutic area

Skills
• Pharmaceutical market research and competitive intelligence
• Clinical and commercial data analysis
• Market sizing and forecasting methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and draw meaningful conclusions
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
