Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze patient cases and assess healthcare needs
• Provide detailed consultations related to limb lengthening, deformity correction, and rehabilitation procedures
• Coordinate with surgeons, physiotherapists, and medical teams to develop treatment plans
• Guide patients on treatment options, procedures, recovery, and rehabilitation support
• Ensure patients receive clear, accurate, and empathetic information throughout their care journey
• Support decision-making by explaining risks, benefits, and expected outcomes of procedures
• Maintain patient records and documentation as per clinical and organizational standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance quality of care and patient experience
Qualifications:
• Degree in Medicine, Healthcare Management, or a related healthcare field
• Strong analytical and consulting skills
• Working knowledge of the healthcare industry, preferably orthopedics and rehabilitation
• Understanding of Medicare policies and healthcare systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Experience:
• Prior experience in healthcare consulting or patient advisory roles preferred
