Job Description
TNV Method is seeking a full-time, remote Health & Wellness Coach in India. The role involves delivering personalized coaching, nutrition planning, exercise programming, client engagement, and contributing to the growth and success of the company’s online fitness platform.

• Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8–9 hours/day
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in the fitness industry (full-time)

Responsibilities
• Deliver personalized fitness and wellness coaching via online platforms (Google Meet, Zoom)
• Develop customized nutrition, mindset, and exercise plans for clients
• Monitor client progress and provide guidance for body transformations
• Maintain professional ethics and personal fitness standards
• Conduct client consultations, sessions, and follow-ups with punctuality and preparation
• Promote and sell personal training programs and wellness services
• Participate in mandatory and optional staff training sessions
• Stay updated on latest certifications, industry trends, and evidence-based practices

Required Qualifications & Skills
• MSc in Clinical Nutrition, Metabolic Disorders, or Meal Plan Development OR MSc in Exercise Science, Strength & Conditioning, and Workout Programming
• Minimum 5 years of full-time experience in clinical or fitness transformations
• Strong communication and client engagement skills
• Proficiency in online coaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet) and email
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and deliver results for clients
• Commitment to TNV Method protocols, professional ethics, and continuous learning
