Head of Medical Affairs

Roles & Responsibilities
• Define and drive the medical content strategy across Centrix’s digital platforms, maintaining global standards of scientific quality.
• Oversee the medical writing and editing process, including content scanning, topic selection, quality checks, scheduling, and version control.
• Curate content from international journals, conferences, and speaker programs to provide timely updates.
• Lead the development of content architecture for digital platforms, certification courses, and CME programs.
• Collaborate with international faculty and societies to finalize scientific program agendas and support program execution.
• Engage with Indian KOLs for inputs, advisory panels, and program enhancement.
• Mentor and manage a team of medical writers and content specialists to ensure consistent, high-quality content delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP), ICMJE, GPP, and other global medical writing guidelines.
• Stay updated on emerging medical, regulatory, and digital learning trends to keep Centrix at the forefront of medical education.

Qualification
• MBBS / MD / PharmD / PhD / Master’s in Life Sciences (higher medical qualification preferred).

Experience
• 8 - 12 years of experience in medical affairs, medical content leadership, or scientific communications.
