Responsibilities
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy for neurological and burns patients
• Liaise with NDIS service providers and complete relevant documentation
• Lead, mentor, and supervise staff and students to promote clinical excellence
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care including journey boards, case conferences, and long-stay meetings
• Lead and participate in quality improvement projects specific to OT service delivery
• Work across Alfred Health sites as needed, including weekends/public holidays

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current full registration with Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (AHPRA) or equivalent
• Membership (or eligibility) with OT Australia or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years’ clinical OT experience, including neuro and burns rehabilitation
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and team supervision skills
• Experience in quality improvement initiatives and project leadership
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites
