Job Description

Canberra Health Services is recruiting a Pharmacist Level 2/3 to join the Accredited Geriatric Medicine Registrar Training Pharmacist Program. The program is delivered across Canberra Hospital and University of Canberra Hospital and is endorsed by Advanced Pharmacy Australia (AdPha). This two-year structured training program focuses on developing clinical expertise in geriatric medicine through mentorship, multidisciplinary collaboration, and specialised clinical exposure.

Key Responsibilities
