Role & Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality, patient-centred general practice care to a well-established patient base
• Conduct comprehensive consultations including diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care management
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in accordance with RACGP guidelines
• Deliver preventive healthcare, health education, and lifestyle counselling
• Perform women’s health, skin health, or procedural work based on skills and interest
• Utilise modern clinical tools including AI scribe technology to streamline documentation
• Maintain accurate, compliant, and defensible medical records
• Collaborate with nursing and allied health teams to deliver holistic care
• Uphold clinical governance, ethical standards, and patient safety

Qualification
• MBBS or equivalent medical degree
• Current VR General Practitioner registration with AHPRA
• Eligibility to practise independently as a GP in Australia

Experience
• Experience working as a VR General Practitioner in Australia
• Ability to manage a broad range of primary care presentations independently
• Experience in women’s health, skin cancer medicine, or procedures is an advantage

Skills
• Strong clinical decision-making and patient communication skills
• Ability to manage high patient volumes while maintaining care quality
• Confidence working with bulk-billing and mixed billing models
• Professional, ethical, and patient-focused approach to care
• Adaptability to flexible working arrangements
