Role & Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based general practice care
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Deliver patient-centred, ethical, and non-judgemental care
• Participate in team-based care focused on the complete patient journey
• Manage chronic disease care plans and preventive health activities
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records
Qualification
• MBBS or equivalent medical degree recognised in Australia
• AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner is mandatory
Experience
• Suitable for experienced General Practitioners
• Experience in Chronic Disease Management is an advantage
• Full-time role with family-friendly and flexible working options
Skills
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent patient communication and consultation abilities
