General Practitioner

Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive general practice consultations and ongoing patient care
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred medical services
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and implement management plans for chronic disease care
• Perform minor procedures where applicable
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
• Collaborate with nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative teams
• Contribute to a positive and professional practice culture

Qualification
• MBBS or equivalent recognised medical degree
• Vocational Registration (VR) as a General Practitioner
• AHPRA registration or eligibility for registration

Experience
• Experience working as a VR General Practitioner
• Experience in Australian general practice preferred
• Experience in special interest areas such as skin cancer, women’s health, chronic disease management, aged care, or minor procedures desirable

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high standards of patient care and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organisational and time management skills
