General Practitioner

Role & Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive general practice consultations and ongoing patient care
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care in a mixed billing practice
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
• Work collaboratively with nursing, admin, and allied health teams
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and clinical governance activities

Qualification
• MBBS or equivalent medical degree
• Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) or equivalent
• Vocationally Registered (VR) General Practitioner
• Current AHPRA registration

Experience
• Experience working as a General Practitioner in an Australian healthcare setting
• Experience in mixed billing and high patient volume practices preferred

• Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy general practice environment
