About the Role
Role & Responsibilities
• Deliver culturally safe, patient-centred primary healthcare services
• Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and continuity of care
• Focus on prevention, early intervention, and chronic disease management
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement, and CPD activities
• Engage respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
• Support holistic care models aligned with community-led healthcare
Qualification
• MBBS or equivalent medical degree
• FRACGP or equivalent specialist GP qualification
• Current AHPRA registration
Experience
• Experience working as a General Practitioner in primary care settings
• Experience or willingness to work in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health
• Ability to work across multiple clinic locations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
