• Provide same-day online consultations and deliver high-quality treatment for everyday issues
• Engage in medical documentation, patient history, and follow-up care through telehealth platforms
• Diagnose and treat a variety of conditions, including general health concerns, chronic conditions, mental health, and sexual health care
• Prescribe medications, recommend pathology tests, and refer to specialists as necessary
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to all medical guidelines and ethical standards

• AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner
• Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP), the Australian College of Remote & Rural Medicine (ACRRM), or an equivalent specialist qualification
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in clinical practice, preferably in general practice, telehealth, or primary care settings
• Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and telehealth proficiency
• Ability to provide patient-centered care and develop long-term relationships remotely
• Adaptability to a virtual environment with a focus on patient safety and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle a flexible work schedule
