Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct chat reviews and claim reviews for insurance companies.
• Perform backend work for insurance companies in the United States.
• Review medical claims and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all assigned tasks.

Qualification
• PG in Medical (MD/MS) in General Medicine/General Practitioner.

Experience
• 1 - 6 years of experience in a relevant role, with a focus on backend work and insurance claims.
