General & Laparoscopic Surgeon

Role & Responsibilities
• Perform general and laparoscopic surgical procedures independently
• Conduct pre-operative evaluation and post-operative patient management
• Handle emergency and elective surgical cases as per hospital protocols
• Maintain accurate surgical records and clinical documentation
• Ensure patient safety, infection control, and ethical clinical practice
• Coordinate with anaesthetists, nursing staff, and OT teams
• Participate in OPD consultations and follow-up care

Qualification
• MS / MD in General Surgery from a recognized institution
• Valid medical registration with State Medical Council or NMC

Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a General & Laparoscopic Surgeon preferred
• Surgeons with strong hands-on surgical exposure will be given preference

Skills
• Expertise in general and laparoscopic surgical procedures
• Strong clinical decision-making and operative skills
• Ability to manage emergency surgical cases
• Good communication and patient management skills
• Team-oriented approach in hospital settings
