General Dentist

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions
• Provide routine dental treatments including fillings, extractions, scaling, polishing, and preventive care
• Develop individualized treatment plans and clearly explain procedures to patients
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive dentistry
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols
• Collaborate with specialists when required and refer cases appropriately
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and patient-centered care

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution
• Valid dental license to practice in India

EXPERIENCE:
• Experience in general dentistry is preferred
• Freshers with strong clinical knowledge may also be considered

SKILLS:
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
• Proficiency in routine dental procedures and preventive care
• Excellent communication and patient-handling skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to ethical practice
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
