Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dental care to patients
• Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Perform routine dental procedures including restorations, scaling, extractions, and basic endodontic treatments
• Manage patient flow and ensure smooth day-to-day clinical operations
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Adhere to infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols
• Deliver ethical, high-quality, patient-centered dental care

Skills Required

• Strong clinical skills in general dentistry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage clinic workflow
• Patient-focused and detail-oriented approach

Qualifications

• BDS or MDS from a recognized dental institution

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
