General Dentist (BDS)

Roles and responsibilities:
• Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatments including routine cleanings, root canals, surgical extractions, implants, and cosmetic dentistry
• Educate patients and parents on maintaining proper oral health
• Communicate with dental staff regarding patient treatment plans
• Prescribe medications as necessary
• Document all medications, diagnoses, treatments, and consultations accurately
• Supervise and coordinate with professional, technical, and administrative staff
• Participate in branch revenue generation and patient engagement initiatives

Qualification:
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution
• Valid dental license to practice in India

Experience:
• Minimum 1+ year experience in clinical dentistry
• Experience in patient counseling, sales, business development, or branch management is preferred

Skills:
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Business development and sales acumen preferred
