General Dentist (BDS)
About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary attending dentist during assigned clinical duty hours
• Perform general dental procedures including restorations, extractions, scaling, RCTs, and emergency dental care
• Diagnose dental conditions accurately and develop effective treatment plans
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation
• Monitor and ensure adherence to sterilization, hygiene, and clinical safety protocols
• Coordinate with specialists for advanced or referral-based treatments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized university
• Registered with the State Dental Council
Experience:
• 1–3 years of experience preferred
• Fresh graduates with strong clinical skills may be considered
Skills Required:
• Strong practical and procedural dentistry skills
• Excellent patient management and communication abilities
• Ability to work in a corporate healthcare setup
• Familiarity with SOPs, documentation, and clinical protocols
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends
Working Hours:
• Rotational shifts
