Fresher BDS

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assist in performing dental procedures such as scaling, fillings, and minor surgical procedures
• Support senior dentists in root canal treatments, implants, braces, and other advanced procedures
• Conduct patient consultations and explain treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records
• Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive dental care
• Manage pre-treatment and post-treatment patient care
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and sterilization protocols
• Contribute to maintaining a patient-friendly and professional clinic environment

Qualification:
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution
• Valid certification and registration with the appropriate dental authority

Experience:
• Freshers can apply
• Prior internship or clinical exposure will be an advantage

Skills:
• Strong knowledge of basic dental procedures and diagnostics
• Good communication and patient counseling skills
• Record-keeping and documentation ability
• Willingness to learn advanced dental technologies
• Teamwork and professional ethics
