Fitness Trainer
About the Role
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead group exercise classes and conduct personalized fitness training sessions.
• Design tailored fitness programs aligned with client goals and fitness levels.
• Ensure safe, effective, and correct exercise techniques.
• Monitor client progress and modify training plans as needed.
• Maintain a motivating, energetic, and positive training environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Support clients in recovery and wellness programs including yoga and related practices.
Qualification:
• Relevant certification in Fitness Training or Personal Training (mandatory).
• Knowledge of fitness industry trends and training methodologies.
Experience:
• Experience in group exercise, fitness instruction, and personal training preferred.
• Experience with recovery programs (Yoga, wellness practices) is an advantage.
Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop personalized fitness plans and track progress.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Passion for health, wellness, and holistic fitness.
