Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized workout plans
• Guide clients in proper exercise techniques to prevent injuries
• Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
• Monitor and record client progress
• Demonstrate correct exercise methods and proper use of equipment
• Convert members into personal training clients
• Provide basic nutrition and health advice
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and professional standards in the gym
• Achieve personal training and club targets set by management
Qualification:
• Relevant certification or degree in Physiotherapy, Fitness, or Personal Training
Experience:
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
