Fitness Instructor

Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate wellness and recreational activities to achieve maximum guest satisfaction
• Ensure high standards at the Spa, Fitness Centre, and Swimming Pool, including frequent rounds and feedback sharing with the Wellness Manager
• Maintain exceptional service standards at the Reception and all guest-facing areas
• Ensure smooth operations of recreational facilities and equipment
• Assist in developing new products and services for the wellness and recreation segment

• Assist in maintaining and updating guest-focused training standards and procedures
• Conduct training needs analysis for recreation staff and implement training programs to meet guest expectations
• Maintain regular communication with team members and ensure strong working relationships

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management or any relevant Degree

Experience 
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or wellness operations
• Excellent English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking); additional languages an advantage

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and service-focused mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Self-motivated, energetic, and professional in appearance and demeanor
• Operational management skills for recreational facilities
