About the Role
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct high-quality one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to individual client goals
• Design periodized fitness programs including strength training, mobility, and conditioning
• Perform movement and fitness assessments and modify programs accordingly
• Track client performance, recovery, and progress using data-driven methods
• Educate clients on correct exercise techniques, safety, and sustainable fitness habits
• Collaborate with in-house nutrition and wellness teams for lifestyle guidance
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver a premium coaching experience
• Participate in internal training sessions, case discussions, and knowledge sharing
• Stay updated with evidence-based fitness, strength, and recovery protocols
QUALIFICATION:
• Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, NSCA, ACSM, or equivalent)
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in personal training or strength coaching
SKILLS:
• Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise prescription
• Expertise in strength training, mobility work, and conditioning
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to motivate clients and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Passion for personalized coaching and long-term fitness results
• Additional experience in recovery techniques such as mobility drills or stretching is a plus
