Fertility Consultant - Doctor

Role & Responsibilities
• Conduct detailed fertility evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform and supervise ART procedures including IVF, IUI, and related interventions
• Collaborate with embryologists, andrologists, and nursing staff for seamless patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical and ethical protocols
• Provide empathetic counselling and continuous support to patients throughout their fertility journey
• Participate in clinical audits, case discussions, and continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualification
• MBBS
• MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology
• Fellowship or MCh in Reproductive Medicine/ART (Mandatory)

Experience
• Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification experience in fertility or ART practice

Skills
• Strong clinical and diagnostic acumen
• Expertise in ART procedures (IVF, IUI)
• Patient-centric and empathetic communication skills
• Proven counselling skills for complex fertility cases
• Commitment to ethical medical practice
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
