F&D - Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assist in formulation and development of ophthalmic products in R&D
• Conduct laboratory experiments, optimize formulations, and support scale-up activities
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of experiments, results, and reports
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and regulatory guidelines during all development stages
• Coordinate with production, quality control, and regulatory teams for smooth technology transfer
• Support senior R&D staff in troubleshooting formulation and process-related issues

Qualification:
• M.Pharm, B.Pharm, or equivalent in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, or related field

Experience:
• 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation development, preferably in ophthalmic products

Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in laboratory work
• Good communication, documentation, and coordination abilities
• Knowledge of cGMP, regulatory requirements, and ophthalmic formulation techniques
