F&D - Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead formulation and development (F&D) activities for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) products
• Plan, execute, and oversee R&D projects from concept to commercial-scale development
• Optimize formulations, manufacturing processes, and product stability
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements during all development stages
• Coordinate with production, quality control, and regulatory teams for smooth technology transfer
• Mentor and guide R&D team members to ensure timely project delivery
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for senior management and regulatory submissions

Qualification:
• M.Pharm, B.Pharm, or equivalent in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, or related field

Experience:
• 10–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation development, preferably in OSD
• Proven track record in leading R&D projects and technology transfer to production

Skills:
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication abilities
• In-depth knowledge of formulation development, scale-up, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to drive innovation while maintaining product quality and compliance
