Roles & Responsibilities
• Ensure regular coverage of assigned specialties to deliver scientific information on Haleon products and relevant disease conditions
• Drive favorable recommendations and prescriptions through ethical and scientific promotion of expert-detailed brands
• Execute effective pre-call and post-call planning tailored to individual HCP requirements
• Build and maintain detailed doctor and chemist profiles for strong territory management
• Analyze territory performance data and implement strategies to improve business outcomes
• Maintain, track, and reconcile monthly inventory of samples and promotional inputs
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting as per company systems and processes
• Collaborate closely with GT teams and regional stakeholders to deliver regional business plans
• Respond promptly to HCP queries within scope or coordinate support for resolution
• Strictly adhere to compliance guidelines, including adverse event reporting and company policies
Qualification
• Graduate in Science or Commerce
• B.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Pharm / M.Sc preferred
Experience
• 2 to 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG sales
• Prior experience in prescription-based or healthcare sales preferred
