Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide scientific and product-related information to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to support informed prescribing decisions
• Drive prescriptions through ethical and scientific promotion of expert-detailed brands
• Customize sales and engagement approach based on individual HCP needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and key healthcare stakeholders
• Analyze territory performance data and develop effective territory management strategies
• Track inventory, ensure timely reporting, and maintain accurate sales records
• Collaborate with GT teams and regional stakeholders to achieve business targets
• Address HCP queries promptly while strictly adhering to compliance and company protocols
• Enhance digital presence and improve customer engagement across assigned territories
Qualification
• Degree in Science or Commerce
• B.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Pharm / M.Sc preferred
Experience
• 2 to 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or FMCG sales
• Prior experience in healthcare or prescription-driven sales preferred

• Excellent communication and scientific detailing abilities
