Experienced Physiotherapist (MSK)

Roles and responsibilities
• Manage a varied musculoskeletal caseload, including spinal and complex presentations.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence-based treatment plans.
• Design and progress structured, individualised rehabilitation programs.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships and continuity of care with patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, referrers, and internal team members.
• Maintain high clinical standards, documentation accuracy, and professional conduct.
• Contribute to a calm, professional, and growth-oriented clinic culture.
• Engage in reflective practice and ongoing clinical development.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Physiotherapy.
• Full AHPRA Registration.
• Valid working rights in Australia (must be currently based in Australia).

Experience
• Minimum 2+ years of musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy experience in Australia.
• Strong clinical foundation in assessment and treatment planning.
• Experience managing spinal and more complex MSK cases.
• Interest in long-term clinical development and progression toward senior or leadership roles.
