Exercise Scientist / Exercise Physiologist / Physio

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conduct pre-employment medical screenings for ASX-listed and corporate clients
• Perform drug and urine screening, spirometry, ECG, audiometry, and functional capacity assessments
• Complete Fitness for Work assessments to support injury management strategies
• Engage and consult with GPs to achieve optimal client outcomes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients regarding occupational health and work injury matters
• Build rapport with patients to ensure comfort during medical screenings
• Ensure result quality assurance aligned with clinical governance standards
• Provide onsite consulting and proactive injury prevention programs
• Support daily occupational health clinic operations and administration

Qualification:
• Relevant qualification as an Exercise Scientist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Osteopath, or Nurse (EN or RN)
• Appropriate professional registration (where applicable)

Experience:
• Experience in occupational health, injury prevention, or private practice (desirable)
• Interest in injury prevention and workplace health
• New Graduates are encouraged to apply
