Exercise Physiologist/Exercise Scientist

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conduct health screening assessments including musculoskeletal and fitness testing.
• Take patient histories and perform physical examinations.
• Perform medical screening procedures such as ECG, spirometry, audiometry, and drug & alcohol testing.
• Deliver workplace health and wellness initiatives.
• Provide onsite health screening and wellness services (where required).
• Liaise and communicate effectively with corporate clients.
• Complete administrative tasks and detailed clinical reports.

Qualification:
• Qualification in Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science.
• Accreditation with ESSA (Exercise & Sports Science Australia).
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Valid Working with Children Check.

Experience:
• Graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience in occupational health, corporate health screening, or wellness programs desirable but not essential.

Skills:
• Strong musculoskeletal and fitness assessment skills.
• Competency in medical screening procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with a diverse client population.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.
• Developed computer and report-writing skills.
