About the Role
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and deliver tailored exercise prescriptions.
• Support clients with chronic disease management, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and longevity goals.
• Deliver both individual and group-based exercise sessions.
• Build strong relationships with members to promote long-term adherence and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, dietitians, and other allied health professionals.
• Contribute to a results-driven, engaging, and community-focused club culture.
• Promote preventative health and active ageing principles.
Qualification:
• ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist.
Experience:
• Experience in a gym or allied health setting preferred.
• Open to both experienced and recently graduated candidates.
Skills:
• Strong clinical practice and exercise prescription skills.
• Knowledge of chronic disease management and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
• Ability to confidently deliver individualised and group exercise programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, professional attitude with passion for active ageing.
