Exercise Physiologist

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Complete functional capacity evaluations and ergonomic assessments for clients
• Conduct worksite assessments to interpret physical demands and environment for return-to-work goals
• Collaborate with allied health professionals, GPs, and surgeons through case conferencing
• Coordinate treatment activities including Pilates, hydrotherapy, and other allied health interventions
• Review and interpret medical reports such as MRIs and X-Rays
• Support clients’ journey to return to work and functional independence

Qualifications:
• Degree in Exercise Physiology or accredited equivalent
• Eligibility for full ESSA membership as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist upon graduation
• Full Australian working rights
• Full driver’s licence with own vehicle and comprehensive insurance

Experience:
• Graduate (completed within the last 12 months) or graduating in early 2026
