Executive Supply Chain

Roles & Responsibilities
• Ensure smooth and timely dispensing of raw materials for Liquid, N-Block, and Vitamin–Mineral Premix products
• Manage raw material warehousing operations in compliance with GMP requirements
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations, State Excise Act, and Legal Metrology (Weights & Measures) Act
• Prevent data integrity breaches across all supply chain and warehouse activities
• Implement and monitor sanitation and hygiene practices in RM warehouse
• Ensure adherence to Food Safety, Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health & Safety (QEHS) systems
• Support regulatory, customer, and legal audits and ensure timely closure of non-conformities
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 standards
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI Act 2006, FSSC 22000, WHO-GMP, UNICEF, WFP, and GAIN requirements
• Follow export regulations including US FDA 21 CFR Part 110 and 111
• Support certifications such as Kosher, Halal, RSPO, and FAMI-QS
• Conduct training programs for shop-floor and warehouse personnel
• Implement QEHS policies, objectives, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure PPE usage, waste management, work permit compliance, and incident reporting
• Identify QEHS risks, investigate incidents, and implement CAPA

Qualification
• Bachelor of Science (B.sc) or Pharmacy graduate

Experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or nutraceutical warehouse and supply chain operations preferred

Skills
• Strong understanding of GMP and warehouse operations
• Knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO systems, and QEHS/EHS norms
• Exposure to audits, regulatory inspections, and export compliance
• Good documentation, coordination, and compliance management skills
