Responsibilities
• Manage exhibit, new product launch, and troubleshooting projects in the MSTG department
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including formulation development, production, engineering, QC, QA, and packaging
• Track and monitor trial batches, scale-up batches, exhibit batches, and pre-PV/PV batches
• Review and approve documentation such as trial batch objectives, batch manufacturing records (BMR), protocols, and reports
• Prepare technical reports, regulatory responses, data compilation, and study protocols
• Support cross-functional teams in resolving troubleshooting and manufacturing issues
• Assist in manufacturing activities for trial, scale-up, exhibit (EB), commercial hold (CH), and process validation (PV) batches
• Perform SAP-related tasks including recipe review, approval, and sample management
• Handle investigations related to OOS (Out of Specification) and OOT (Out of Trend) manufacturing issues
Required Qualification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
Important Requirements
• 4–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or MSTG roles
• Knowledge of oral solid dosage (OSD) manufacturing processes
• Understanding of regulatory documentation and batch manufacturing records
• Familiarity with SAP systems and documentation management

• Knowledge of OOS/OOT investigation procedures in manufacturing
