Job Description
The Executive / Sr. Executive will be responsible for formulation research and development (FR&D) of injectable products and NDDS. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing formulations while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including analytical development, quality assurance, and manufacturing to ensure successful product development and commercialization.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize injectable formulations and NDDS products
• Conduct pre-formulation studies and compatibility studies
• Perform laboratory trials for formulation development and process optimization
• Scale up formulations from lab to pilot and commercial manufacturing levels
• Prepare and review technical documents, batch manufacturing records (BMR), and development reports
