Executive-R&D-Analytical-API

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Perform HPLC method development and validation for Assay and Related Substances of APIs
• Characterize newly synthesized drug substances, intermediates, in-process materials, stability samples, and unknown impurities
• Finalize API and intermediate specifications and methods of analysis
• Support and execute technology transfer activities for analytical projects
• Conduct polymorphic form identification of APIs
• Operate and interpret data from FTIR, NMR, LC-MS, and GC-MS instruments
• Prepare and review characterization reports with scientific justification
• Draft and review SOPs, STPs, and specifications

Qualification:
• Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
• M.Sc (Relevant discipline)

Experience:
• 1 – 3 years of experience in Analytical R&D (API)

Skills:
• Strong practical knowledge of HPLC method development and validation
• Hands-on experience with FTIR, NMR, LC-MS, and GC-MS
• Knowledge of API characterization and polymorphism studies
• Experience in technology transfer and analytical documentation
• Good scientific writing and report preparation skills
