Executive - Quality Control

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform sampling and analysis of raw materials, packing materials, in-process, and intermediate samples
• Operate and calibrate QC instruments such as KF, Melting Point, Potentiometer, Coulometer, Conductivity Meter, Refractive Index, UV, GC, HPLC, Boiling Point Apparatus, pH Meter, TOC, Analytical Balance, Auto Polarimeter, Oxygen Gas Analyzer, Gastec Pump, and Oxygen Meter
• Carry out sampling and analysis of water and document raw data accurately
• Maintain QC documentation in compliance with cGMP requirements
• Support departmental activities and handle reporting authority responsibilities in their absence
• Perform additional tasks assigned by seniors

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related field

Experience

• Freshers can apply
• Prior QC laboratory exposure is an added advantage

Skills

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality
• Basic understanding of peptide synthesis principles is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
