Executive Production

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Execute production activities as per approved production plan and timelines
• Allocate manpower, resources, and accessories during shifts
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, BMRs, GMP, and quality standards
• Monitor granulation, dispensing, compression, coating activities
• Maintain discipline, safety, and effective shift handovers
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of BMRs
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth production flow
• Monitor SAP postings, WIP levels, and production changeovers
• Support process excellence, OEE tracking, and productivity improvement
• Participate in training, validation, and new product introduction
• Ensure audit readiness, deviation handling, CAPA, and change control
• Follow HSE systems and promote a zero-incident safety culture

Qualification:
• B.Pharm

Experience:
• 1–3 years in production / tablet manufacturing

Skills:
• Strong knowledge of tablet manufacturing (Granulation, Compression)
• Exposure to GMP, audits, validation, documentation
• Working knowledge of SAP, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills
