Roles & Responsibilities

• Learn and follow SOPs for peptide synthesis and production activities
• Assist in preparation of reagents, solutions, and equipment for peptide manufacturing
• Execute peptide synthesis under supervision of experienced team members
• Perform and learn purification techniques such as HPLC, chromatography, and filtration
• Operate and maintain peptide production equipment as per GMP guidelines
• Maintain accurate documentation of production, testing, and batch records
• Compile production data and assist in preparation of reports
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards at all times
• Identify, report, and support resolution of equipment malfunctions or process deviations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
• Participate in training programs and professional development activities
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors during operations

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related discipline

Experience

• Freshers or early-career professionals can apply
• Basic exposure to peptide synthesis or pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage

Skills

• Basic understanding of peptide synthesis principles
• Willingness to learn hands-on manufacturing processes
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Good communication and documentation skills
