About the Role
Role & Responsibilities
• Conduct structured patient discussions explaining HexaHealth’s specialized surgical services and care pathways
• Assess patient health profiles and recommend suitable hospitals and specialists
• Coordinate consultations and manage the patient treatment journey end-to-end
• Review and explain medical reports to patients, clarifying treatment options and addressing concerns
• Provide continuous patient support with empathetic guidance and timely query resolution
• Build strong relationships with hospitals and doctors within the network
• Drive patient engagement and contribute to patient conversion and revenue growth
Qualification
• BDS / BAMS / BHMS / BPT / MPT
Experience
• Freshers can apply
• Experience in sales role preferred
