Executive - FRD Orals

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct literature searches and develop in-depth product understanding for formulation development
• Design primary product strategy and prepare proposals for discussion with Group Leader/Team Leader
• Plan and execute product development activities to achieve the desired product profile
• Perform formulation optimization and process optimization trials with proper data compilation
• Maintain laboratory notebooks and support preparation of controlled development documents
• Execute scale-up batches, exhibit batches, characterization batches, process validation batches, and commercial batches at manufacturing sites
• Prepare documentation for scale-up activities including justification of specifications, QbD elements, MFC, and related development documents
• Support product development activities across multiple markets (India, US, OAM, EM)

Qualification:
• Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

Experience:
• 2–4 years of experience in Formulation Development

Skills:
• Strong understanding of formulation development and product lifecycle management
• Knowledge of QbD principles and regulatory documentation requirements
• Experience in scale-up and technology transfer activities
• Good analytical, data interpretation, and documentation skills
• Ability to work across multiple regulatory markets
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
