About the Role
Roles and responsibilities:
• Act as a connecting link between the team leader, junior physiotherapists, and patients
• Monitor care delivered and provide necessary consultations, including teleconsults and home-based care
• Lead, influence, and motivate staff for optimal performance
• Supervise junior staff, oversee their development, and provide training and joint working opportunities
• Facilitate better patient recovery by providing goal-based care for improved outcomes
• Supervise and set up protocols for junior physiotherapists, maintaining records, progress reports, and assessments
• Participate in clinical decision-making, set goals for patients, and monitor their progress at regular intervals
• Contribute to clinical research and help publish research articles
Qualification:
• Graduation in Physiotherapy
• Masters in Physiotherapy (preferred)
Experience:
• Relevant experience in physiotherapy clinical supervision or pediatric/adult care preferred
• Freshers with strong competencies may also be considered
