About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide emergency medical care to patients presenting to the Emergency Department
• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and life-threatening conditions
• Perform emergency procedures and stabilize critically ill patients
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for timely patient management
• Ensure accurate documentation of clinical findings and treatment plans
• Follow hospital protocols and emergency care guidelines
• Participate in emergency response and on-call duties as required
Qualification
• MBBS from a recognized institution (for Medical Officer)
• Master’s degree in Emergency Medicine from a recognized institution (for Specialist)
• Valid medical license or eligibility for licensure in Oman
Experience
• 3–8 years of overall clinical experience
• Medical Officer: Minimum 5 years clinical experience in Emergency Department
• Specialist: Minimum 3 years clinical experience in Emergency Department
