Drug Safety Associate

Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle incoming calls related to drug safety and pharmacovigilance
• Receive, document, and process adverse event reports and product complaints
• Provide accurate drug safety information and guidance to callers
• Capture complete and accurate safety information during call interactions
• Ensure timely reporting of adverse events as per internal procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity while handling safety information
• Coordinate with pharmacovigilance and safety teams for case follow-up
• Adhere to company SOPs and regulatory guidelines during call handling

Qualification
• Degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences preferred
• Freshers are eligible to apply

Experience
• 0 to 4 years of experience in drug safety, pharmacovigilance, or call center roles
• Freshers with relevant educational background encouraged

Skills
• Basic knowledge of pharmacovigilance and drug safety concepts
• Good verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to document information accurately and clearly
• Customer-focused and professional communication approach
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry systems
• Ability to work in a team-based environment
