About the Role
Role & Responsibilities
• Perform medical and aesthetic procedures including Botox, fillers, and chemical peels
• Conduct detailed client consultations and design individualized treatment plans
• Ensure clinical safety, hygiene, and strict adherence to SOPs
• Monitor treatment outcomes, maintain accurate medical records, and provide post-procedure follow-up
• Build client trust through effective communication and counseling
• Participate in clinic events, awareness programs, and workshops
• Support cross-selling and upselling of dermatology and wellness services
• Collaborate with Beauty, Slimming, and Wellness teams for integrated client care
• Train and mentor therapists and support staff on medical protocols
• Coordinate with Cluster and Regional Heads to support clinic performance
Qualification
• MBBS with valid medical license in India
• MD in Dermatology or Medicine preferred
• Certification or fellowship in cosmetology or aesthetics is an advantage
Experience
• MBBS with 1–3 years of clinical experience and eligibility to administer injectables
• MD with 0–2 years of relevant experience
Skills
• Strong diagnostic and procedural skills in medical aesthetics
• Excellent patient counseling and communication abilities
• High standards of ethics, safety, and attention to detail
• Sales orientation to support clinic growth and client retention
