Roles & Responsibilites
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of ocular conditions and eye diseases
• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and develop treatment plans
• Conduct laser procedures and ophthalmic treatments
• Perform advanced surgical interventions including cataract and related procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care outcomes
• Prescribe corrective lenses and manage optometry-related care
• Stay updated with advancements and best practices in ophthalmology

Qualification
• MD or equivalent degree with specialization in Ophthalmology
• Valid medical license in ophthalmology as per local regulations

Experience
• Prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred
• Phaco experience of 400–500 surgeries
• Experience in squint, glaucoma, and retina surgeries

Skills
• Proficiency in ophthalmology diagnosis and treatment
• Expertise in clinical medicine and optometry
• Laser techniques and ophthalmic treatment skills
• Advanced ophthalmic surgical skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
