Doctor Operations & Clinical Protocols

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, standardize, and optimize treatment protocols, clinical workflows, and patient care journeys
• Build structured doctor training content, onboarding modules, and upskilling frameworks
• Ensure all clinical protocols follow ethical guidelines, GLP principles, and regulatory standards
• Lead doctor hiring strategy, competency framework, and selection standards
• Build and nurture a strong network of in-house and consultant doctors
• Mentor, coach, and support doctors on clinical quality and patient management
• Oversee clinical governance, medical accuracy, and quality benchmarks
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, ops, and leadership to integrate clinical excellence
• Track patient outcomes, treatment efficacy, and feedback to refine protocols

Qualification

• MBBS required (MD preferred)

Experience

• 6-10 years in clinical operations, medical advisory, or digital health
• Strong knowledge of obesity medicine, nutrition, weight management, and supplements

Skills

• Strong scientific temperament and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid startup culture
