Dispensary Pharmacist

Roles & Responsibilities
• Dispense and clinically check compounded prescriptions with a high level of accuracy
• Support daily dispensary and pharmacy operations within a sterile compounding environment
• Work closely with compounding technicians and production teams to ensure efficient workflow
• Ensure compliance with legislation, professional standards, and internal SOPs
• Participate in quality assurance, incident management, and continuous improvement activities
• Provide professional advice and patient counselling when required
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and regulatory compliance

Qualifications
• Bachelor or Master of Pharmacy
• Full AHPRA registration
• Full working rights in Australia

Experience
• Experience in community or specialised pharmacy preferred
• Exposure to compounding or regulated pharmacy environments is an advantage
• Fresh pharmacists with strong interest in compounding are encouraged to apply
