Director - Medical Affairs

Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of medical affairs strategy for priority therapeutic areas and assets
• Serve as the enterprise medical voice across the asset lifecycle within Global Medical Affairs
• Develop and own the Integrated Evidence Plan (IEP) and contribute to key development decisions
• Implement global medical strategies for early programs, including interventional studies, Non-Interventional Studies (NIS), Real-World Evidence (RWE), and implementation science projects
• Collaborate on evidence generation plans, Medical Science Liaison (MSL) and Field Medical Affairs strategies
• Support medical education programs, scientific publication planning, and Medical Expert network development
• Represent Global Medical Affairs with internal and external stakeholders including regulatory bodies, industry collaborators, and investment communities
• Review Managed Access Program (MAP) requests and develop global MAP treatment strategies
• Develop Post Study Drug Supply (PSDS) cover letters and treatment plans in alignment with safety and regulatory requirements

Qualification
• MD (preferred) or PhD / PharmD in Health Sciences
• Strong knowledge of GCP, clinical research methodology, protocol design, and regulatory requirements

Experience
• 10 to 14 years of experience in Medical Affairs and/or Clinical Development
• Prior pharmaceutical industry experience is mandatory
• Experience across early asset lifecycle, pre-launch, and launch activities preferred

• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Ability to navigate complexity and uncertainty independently
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Strong understanding of global medical and regulatory environments
